VICO provides a full capability of precision metal stamping services with the ability to stamp from 7 tons to 265 tons. We can also provide Die set-ups for tryouts and prototypes, and have the capabilities for both short or long production runs over 100,000 pieces. Our state-of-the-art metal stamping presses provide you with the speed, consistency and quality you need.

• WARCO 150 ton Press with automatic servo and decoiling system for better accuracy and close tolerances.
• HACO Brake Press- 200 Tons x 12’ long
• Vibratory Machine for deburring and polishing
